The severity of Regina’s houselessness situation has reached alarming levels. In response to the growing crisis, nine University of Regina Journalism students got together to capture the seriousness of the situation.

Here in the city of Regina, we all live on Treaty 4 territory. The land itself provides a home for us all. Unfortunately, many facing financial insecurity in the Queen City are left without a physical house to live in. People without a space to live in are considered houseless. They are not ‘homeless’ because those individuals will always be able to consider this land as their home.
